APPLETREE COTTAGE (Sleeps 5/6) Recently built in traditional style, this charming black and white cottage with wonderful country and mountain views is only a 150 yards from the heart of Aberfeldy yet its mature garden setting provides peace and perfect tranquility for superior self catering holidays in Perthshire, Scotland. Ideal for a romantic break.
Room The cottage is tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard with coordinating fabrics throughout. The living/dining room has a pine mantle with living flame fire, widescreen colour TV with Sky and DVD player with library, and a curved pine feature staircase. French doors lead to Victorian conservatory and outside to secluded patio/garden area with barbeque and garden furniture.
There is a fully fitted pine kitchen with fully integrated appliances including fridge /freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier, electric oven, ceramic hob and microwave. The ground floor bathroom has a
Upstairs there is a king size double bedroom with TV, a twin room with zip and link beds to make a double and a single bedroom with a pull out bed for an additional guest. The second bathroom also has a large shower cabinet and a large Jacuzzi hydro-massage bath. In addition the house contains a radio/cassette/CD player, a book library, games, payphone, iron and board, cot and highchair. Duvets with linen are provided and ample towels are available. We are happy to take one well behaved pet at all our cottages except Panmure. Two dogs may be allowed after discussion with Geoff or Susan. Each pet is charged at a price of £20.00 per week. Babysitting can be arranged. The garden is large and secure and car-parking area is private. The house has barrier free access for wheelchairs. Local shops, pubs and restaurants can be easily accessed via a short level 150-yard walk. Payment for fuel is at cost by meter reading.

Laurelbank is a large traditional stone-built Scottish cottage majestically positioned at the centre of a large mature garden. The house is surrounded by a lawn and made totally secure by perimeter dry-stone walling.
