Nature trails
lead from the doorstep through woodland known as the Birks of Aberfeldy,
made famous by poet Robert Burns. The winding path skirts a series of cascading
waterfalls and richly vegetated cliffs to a bridge spanning the burn at the
top, beneath which it leaps down 60 feet into a black chasm and far below
pursues its course through foaming currents and long dark pools. Above these
Falls of Moness in the open upland country there are immeasurable crimson
heather moors abounding in grouse, curlews and lapwing whose profound peace
is a benison to the weary brainworker or city dweller.

Our second visit here and still find it outstanding in every way. We arrived
stressed to the limit and we now leave in a much more relaxed state. Enjoyed
much good food at local pubs.

We adore Scotland and we have now found the "ideal" location. Excellent house,
just wanted to stay in! Superb base to tour and great for a stress free time.
Yes, "we will be back". A week is not long enough to take everything in.

Two days of snow and four days of sunshine. Probably the best holiday we
have ever had! Managed to do some walking--three feet of snow a bit of a
hindrance though. House is superb--especially the bath!! Aileen Chraggan
very god food and No 7 Bistro excellent.

It's like paradise here. Everything and more you could ever ask for. A beautiful
house in a beautiful location. The scenery with the snow was breathtaking.
