Tomghuibhais is vooral populair onder pasgehuwden. Het riante chalet is fraai ingericht. De inkom leidt via een serre naar een ruime woonkuil met houtkachel en houten vloer. De terrasdeuren bieden toegang tot het royale zonnedek en de terrastuin. Een trapje leidt naar de eethoek en volledig ingerichte vurenhouten keuken met plavuizen vloer en bijkeuken en toilet.

Eethoek Tomghuibhais

Er is een slaapkamer met groot tweepersoonsbed en eigen badkamer met douche, toilet, bidet, groot rond massagebad en sauna. De andere tweepersoonskamer heeft een eigen douche en toilet. De fraaie wenteltap leidt vanuit de lounge naar een sfeervolle zitkamer met houtkachel en panoramisch uitzicht over de vallei. Daarnaast bevindt zich een eenpersoons slaapkamer. Er is centrale verwarming en een houtkachel; u betaalt voor de brandstof die u verbruikt. Er is parkeergelegenheid, een TV en videospeler (met beschikbare video's), een goed gevulde boekenkast, stereo-installatie, munttelefoontoestel, wasmachine/droogkast, microgolfoven, vaatwasser, vrieskist, strijkijzer, babybedje, kinderstoel, grote omheinde tuin met tuinmeubilair, barbecue. Op afspraak is er een babysitter beschikbaar. De bedden zijn voorzien van dekbedden en lakens, op aanvraag zijn er handdoeken beschikbaar en u mag één goed getraind huisdier meebrengen. Op 150m afstand bevindt zich een landelijk hotel-restaurant. .

Uitzicht vanuit Tomghuibhais

Vanaf het chalet leidt een pad door een bos dat Birks of Aberfeldy wordt genoemd en bekend is uit het werk van de dichter Robert Burns. Het kronkelpad leidt via weelderig begroeide hellingen naar een brug over de kolkende rivier met bruisende watervallen, waarin het water soms twintig meter ineens naar beneden stort. Boven deze Falls of Moness, in de weidse hooglanden, vindt u de uitgestrekte heidevelden met heidevogels zoals de grouse, wulp en kievit. De vredige stilte hier is ideaal voor stadsbewoners op zoek naar rust. .

Tarieven: Huurprijs varieert tussen £300 en £895 per week.
