Vardagsrum

Stugan är smakfullt inredd till en mycket hög standard. Vardags-/matrummet har en gasbrasa med spiselkrans i furu, TV och video (med filmer) och en svängd furutrappa. Glasdörrar leder till en viktoriansk vinterträdgård och en avskild uteplats/trädgård med grill och trädgårdsmöbler.

Vinterträdgård

Huset har ett välutrustat kök i furuträ med inbyggd kyl/frys, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin/torktumlare, elektrisk ugn, keramikhäll och mikrovågsugn. Badrummet på bottenvåningen har en mycket stor duschkabin och ett hörnbadkar.

Appletree Cottage sovrum

På ovanvåningen finns det ett stort sovrum med kingsize-säng och TV, samt ett twinrum med två sängar som kan göras om till en dubbelsäng och en utdragssäng för ytterligare en person. Det andra badrummet har också en stor duschkabin och en stor jacuzzi med hydromassage. Det finns också radio/kassett/CD-spelare, ett stort antal böcker, spel, betaltelefon, strykjärn och strykbräda, barnsäng och barnstol. Täcken, lakan och gott om handdukar tillhandahålles. Ett väluppfostrat husdjur är välkommet och barnvakt kan ordnas. Huset har en stor, inhägnad trädgård, privat parkering och en handikappvänlig ingång. Det är drygt 100 meter till stadens affärer, pubar och restauranger. Kostnad för bränsle beräknas enligt mätaravläsning.

Pris: Mellan 200 GBP och 595 GBP per vecka.
