Il cottage è arredato con gusto e qualità, con tessuti coordinati in tutte le stanze. Il soggiorno/sala da pranzo ha un camino con mensola in legno di pino e fuoco a legna, TV e videoregistratore (con videocassette) e una scala ricurva in pino. Una porta finestra si apre su una veranda vittoriana e fuori su una zona terrazzo/giardino, con barbecue e mobili.

La cucina in pino all’americana è dotata di elettrodomestici incorporati: frigo-congelatore, lavastoviglie, lava-asciugatrice, forno elettrico, piastra in vetroceramica e forno a microonde. Il bagno al pianterreno ha una grande cabina doccia e una vasca angolare.

Camera da letto di Appletree Cottage

Al primo piano c’è una camera matrimoniale con TV, una camera con letti gemelli che si possono unire e una cameretta con un letto a scomparsa per un’altra persona. Anche il secondo bagno ha una grande cabina doccia e un’ampia vasca idromassaggio. La casa dispone inoltre di un impianto radio/videoregistratore/lettore CD, biblioteca, giochi, telefono a gettoni, ferro e asse da stiro, lettino e seggiolone. Piumoni e biancheria da letto, grandi asciugamani a disposizione. È ammesso un animale domestico tranquillo. Babysitter su richiesta. Il giardino è grande e protetto ed esiste un’area privata di parcheggio. La casa consente l’accesso di sedie a rotelle. I negozi, i pub e i ristoranti sono facili da raggiungere a piedi (150 metri in piano). Il pagamento per il riscaldamento è a contatore, a prezzo di costo
