Woonkamer

De verzorgde inrichting van de woning ademt een typisch Britse sfeer. De woon-/eetkamer heeft een vurenhouten schoorsteenmantel met houtkachel, TV en video (videobanden beschikbaar) en een vurenhouten wenteltrap. De openslaande deuren leiden naar een 19e-eeuwse serre en verder naar buiten, naar een omheinde patio met tuintje, barbecue en tuinmeubilair.

Serre

Er is een vurenhouten keuken met alle nodige keukenapparaten zoals koel-/vrieskast, vaatwasser, wasmachine/-droger, elektrisch fornuis, keramische kookplaat en microgolfoven. In de badkamer op de begane grond bevinden zich een ruime douchecabine en een hoekbad.

Slaapkamer Appletree Cottage

Boven is er een romantische slaapkamer met groot tweepersoons bed en TV, een slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden en een eenpersoons slaapkamer met extra logeerbed. In de tweede badkamer bevinden zich eveneens een grote douchecabine en bovendien een groot Jacuzzi massagebad. Daarnaast bevat het huis een radio/cassette/CD-speler, een gevulde boekenkast, gezelschapsspelen, munttelefoontoestel, strijkijzer en strijkplank, babybedje en kinderstoel. Dekbedden en lakens zijn bij de prijs inbegrepen en op verzoek zijn er handdoeken beschikbaar. Eén goed getraind huisdier is welkom en een babysitter kan worden geregeld. De ruime tuin is omheind en er is parkeerruimte. Het huis is drempelloos en goed toegankelijk voor rolstoelen. Op een korte wandelafstand bevinden zich winkels, café's en restaurants. U betaalt voor de brandstof die u verbruikt .

Tarieven: De huur varieert van £200 tot £595 per week.
